Explorers deepen their knowledge and leadership skills by learning and leading.
Explorers go further into what it means to be a leader, how leadership has evolved in recent years, and what everyone can do to keep improving leadership skills daily. Explorers continue to develop self-awareness, advance into teamwork mastery, and expand their understanding of the different ways to be a leader. Explorers are given the chance to apply all the leadership skills they’ve acquired and benefit from real-time feedback from their peer leaders and instructors. This class provides Explorers ample opportunities to advance their hard skills in parallel with their soft skills and opens the door for both taking and teaching future classes.
