Explorers continue to develop valuable skills and gain real leadership experience by teaching Explorers.
Throughout this project, Explorers dig deep into the importance of communication and teamwork. They will learn by facilitating parts of the class as well as enhance their understanding of advanced teamwork skills through mind-tickling and relevant topics. Our Explorers will have the chance to apply all the acquired skills right away by practicing during class, lead their own classes and in a friendly environment, master facilitation, and leadership.
