Explorers will enter the world of project management planning and master project planning.
Project planning is an essential skill. In this session, we will cover the concepts of a project management plan, and learn how to develop a formal document that defines how a project is going to be carried out. Through a team-based approach, the group will outline the scope, goals, budget, timeline, and deliverables of a project they define, and how they plan to keep the project on track.
