The ability to give and receive feedback is important for any leader. This class gives Explorers an interactive and experiential opportunity to develop this skill. In this class Explorers will learn what feedback is, the importance of giving and receiving feedback, how to give proper feedback, how to ask for feedback, and how to receive feedback. Explorers will have the chance to practice giving and receiving feedback to teammates, building this important skill in real-time.
