This was not just about teaching you the soft skills but about letting you practice them in a real team work environment.

Soft skills were the most important part of our experience. We learned what teamwork is really about, how to communicate effectively, and how to use feedback as a tool to help you grow.

Students learn better when they learn from their peers. This is proven by research and studies.

You can’t just learn soft skills, you have to do them.
